Refund Terms

No-Show: No Refund:

Please note that If you fail to appear at the agreed-upon departure time or arrive at the designated meeting point, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the customized tour, and all fees paid will be non-refundable. We highly recommend contacting us if you are unable to attend, as we strive to accommodate our travelers as best as we can.

Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Departure: Partial Refund:

If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours (including 48 hours) before the scheduled departure time, we will deduct incurred booking and service fees. The specific refund amount will depend on the actual losses, but typically a percentage of the total cost (e.g., 50%-80%) will be withheld. The exact percentage will be communicated upon confirmation of cancellation.

Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before Departure: Full Refund:

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more (excluding 48 hours) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees applied.

Other Relevant Measures

Refund Processing Time:

For all eligible refund requests, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days after receiving the cancellation notice and verifying the information. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account; the exact crediting time may vary depending on bank processing speeds.

Change Policy:

If you need to make non-cancellation changes to your customized itinerary (such as date adjustments, changes in group size, etc.), please contact us as early as possible.

For changes requested 48 hours or more before departure, we will make one reasonable change free of charge, to the best of our ability.

Changes requested less than 48 hours before departure may incur additional fees or be impossible to accommodate, depending on the circumstances. We will discuss solutions with you.

Force Majeure:

In cases of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, war, epidemics, or other force majeure events that prevent the tour from proceeding as planned, we will actively assist you in rescheduling or processing a refund. In such situations, we will deduct any non-refundable necessary expenses already incurred (e.g., non-cancellable hotel bookings, flights, attraction tickets), and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
