What it is
On-Demand pricing means we prepare a personalised quote based on your exact wishes — dates, pace, accommodation standard, special requests (private guide, dietary needs, private chef, photography, accessibility, etc.). No two custom quotes are identical.

How it works (step-by-step)

  1. You submit your request (dates, number of travellers, room preferences, must-see items, style: leisure/food/culture/photography).
  2. We send a preliminary itinerary and a price range for quick alignment.
  3. After you confirm the rough plan, we build a detailed day-by-day proposal and an itemised quote.
  4. You review and request changes; we reprice if scope changes.
  5. To confirm, pay the deposit and we lock the bookings.

What the quote shows (transparent breakdown)

  • Fixed costs: itinerary planning fee, local operator / guide booking fees, insured ground operator components.
  • Per-person variable costs: hotels (per room type), local transport (car/van/train/flight), attraction tickets, meals included.
  • Optional add-ons: single-room supplement, private transfers, special experiences (private workshop, private performance), photography or video services.
  • Service fee & taxes: clearly listed as either a percent or fixed amount.
  • Currency & exchange note: quote specifies the currency and exchange rate policy.

Payment & timing

  • Typical deposit: 20–40% depending on complexity.
  • Balance due: usually 7-14 days before departure (or earlier for special events).
  • Payment methods and any card/processing fees are shown on the quote.

Cancellation & changes

  • Refund rules are itemised (supplier penalties often apply). We show supplier refund windows and our handling fee.
  • For major last-minute changes we re-quote.
